How to play

Pick a scenario, tune the city settings, hit Start game, and then move the three policy levers while the city keeps evolving day by day.

What is going on

Every district tracks susceptible, infectious, and recovered residents. Movement along streets imports risk across neighborhoods and reshapes the outbreak wave.

How to win

Finish with the highest score possible. Score = 100 x [average(Economic use / 200) + average(S / 2N)], so it rewards steady economic use and keeping more residents susceptible throughout the run.

Mobility Restrictions

Clamp down on trips between districts. It cuts imported spread hard, but it also drags the economy down faster than the other tools.

Testing & Isolation

Find cases early and get infectious residents out of circulation sooner. Great for health outcomes, with a smaller economic penalty than lockdowns.

Public Protection

Reduce risk per encounter through masking, cleaner air, distancing, and public messaging. It shines when paired with the other two levers.
